Material
The shell is chenille — a soft, plush weave that feels premium to the touch and reads well in product photography. The zebra and leopard patterns are woven into the chenille yarn structure rather than printed, so the pattern does not crack or peel with use. Chenille is a delicate fabric at the zipper line, so we reinforce the opening with a facing tape. It also sheds slightly in the first weeks; we tumble the fabric once in production to remove loose fibers.
