Material
The shell is quilted polyester with a three-layer padding construction — the same soft-hold structure used in puffer outerwear. The quilting is stitched on a computer-guided machine so the grid stays even on every batch, and the padding recovers its shape after being squashed in a suitcase. The braided side strap is woven, not glued, so it does not snap at the attachment point. We test the zipper for 20,000 cycles before a style is approved for mass production.
