What is the difference between OEM and ODM services?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): You provide complete designs, tech packs, or samples — we manufacture exactly to your specifications. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): You share a concept or brief — our design team develops the product from sketch to final sample.

How long does custom bag production take?

Sample development: 7-14 days. Bulk production: 30-35 days after sample approval. Total timeline from inquiry to delivery: approximately 45-50 days.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes. For qualified orders (500+ pieces), we produce a pre-production sample at no charge. The sample fee is fully refundable against your first bulk order.

What customization options are available?
