Material
Each bag is built from polyester panels assembled as patchwork — the bus body, windows and details are separate fabric pieces appliqued and embroidered, not printed. That is why every theme feels dimensional rather than flat. Polyester is chosen over cotton because it holds the applique edges cleanly, resists fraying, and survives machine washing. The panels are edge-stitched and bar-tacked at stress points. This is a craft-heavy product; our patchwork team produces about 120 bags per day across the line.
