The shell is 12oz cotton-blend canvas — dense enough for structure, breathable and printable. The colorblock panels are cut separately and stitched together, so the color boundaries are sewn seams, not prints; that means no cracking or fading at the color line. Panel stitching is double-needle at the stress points. Canvas relaxes with washing, so we pre-shrink the fabric before cutting to keep the panel dimensions stable.
