Material
The shell is a coated colorblock film with a light water-resistant face, so a spilled lotion wipes off instead of soaking in. The polka dots are printed on one flat panel after the color blocks are joined, which keeps the dot registration even across the seam. We fuse rather than sew the coated face, which avoids stitch holes that would let moisture through.
