Material
The shell is quilted nylon with a cloud-puff grid — the same soft-hold padding as our puffer range, stitched on a guided machine so the puff cells stay even. The crescent silhouette is cut on a template, keeping the curve consistent batch to batch. The interior has a zipper pocket for small items, and the underarm strap is fixed-length webbing with a padded anchor where it meets the shell. A small metal label plate sits on the front — a brand moment that can be engraved.
