What laptop sizes does this briefcase fit?

The standard size fits laptops up to 15.6 inches with a dedicated padded compartment that has a Velcro security strap. The padding is 10mm thick high-density foam, which absorbs impact from drops and bumps. If you need a smaller version for 13-14 inch laptops or a larger one for 17 inch gaming laptops, we can adjust the dimensions during sampling. Custom sizing does not add extra cost as long as the order meets the 500 MOQ. We recommend measuring your laptop including any protective case before confirming dimensions.

Is the bag really waterproof?

The exterior uses 600D Oxford fabric with a PU coating that achieves a water resistance rating of 3000mm hydrostatic head — enough to handle rain, spilled coffee, and wet surfaces. The zippers are water-resistant with a storm flap behind them. However, it is not submersible: if you drop it in a puddle, water will eventually get through the zipper teeth. For full waterproofing, we can upgrade to TPU-laminated fabric and waterproof zippers for an additional $0.80 per unit. Most of our B2B clients choose the standard version because it handles everyday commuting conditions perfectly.

What logo printing methods do you offer?

Yes. We strongly recommend sampling before bulk production. A blank sample (no logo) costs $25 and ships in 3-5 days. A custom sample with your logo and chosen color costs $50-$80 depending on the logo method, and takes 7-10 days. Sample fees are fully refunded when you place a bulk order of 500 pieces or more. We can send up to 3 color swatches for free so you can verify the fabric color before sampling. For urgent projects, we offer a 3-day rush sample service for an additional $30 fee.
