Material
The sleeve has three functional layers: a PU outer shell with press-line texture that resists scuffs and wipes clean; a quilted airbag padding layer that surrounds all four edges plus the face — the 360° coverage is what absorbs the drop energy; and a soft polyester lining that will not scratch a laptop finish. The quilt pattern is not decorative; each quilt cell acts as an independent cushion. We drop-test every batch from 1.2m onto concrete: the laptop inside must survive 20 consecutive drops.
