Hydration Integration
Dedicated 2L bladder compartment with hang loop. Dual hose exit ports (left/right). Insulated sleeve option. Compatible with standard bite valves and quick-disconnect fittings.
Ventilation Design
3D air-mesh back panel with 8mm air channel. Perforated shoulder strap foam with mesh overlay. 40% sweat reduction versus solid-back designs.
Quality Testing
10,000-cycle zipper test. 20kg load-bearing drop test. 24-hour water spray test at 3000mm pressure. Seam strength pull test to 35kg.
