The exterior uses a 0.8mm PU leather with a digital floral print — the pattern is applied via heat transfer printing at 160 degrees Celsius, which fuses the ink into the PU coating rather than sitting on top. This means the print does not crack, peel, or fade with normal use — we run a 10000-fold rub test on every print batch. The interior RFID lining is the same copper-nickel polyester used in our men's RFID model, attenuating 13.56MHz signals by 60dB+. The detachable chain strap is made from zinc alloy with a gunmetal or gold finish, attached via a lobster clasp that opens with a firm squeeze — no tools needed. The keyring is integrated into the chain strap, so customers can attach keys without a separate keychain.

Straight answers for procurement teams

Is the chain strap detachable and can I use a different strap?
Yes. The chain strap attaches via a standard lobster clasp on both ends — squeeze the lever to open, clip to the metal D-rings on the wallet sides. The chain is 30cm long (wristlet length) and weighs approximately 25g. If your customers prefer a longer shoulder strap, a leather or PU strap with matching lobster clasps can be substituted at no additional cost — just specify the length and material in your order. The D-rings are reinforced with a double layer of PU leather and a metal washer on the interior, so they can support up to 2kg of load without tearing. For customers who want to use the wallet without any strap, the chain can be removed entirely and the D-rings sit flat against the wallet sides.
How durable is the floral print and can I get a custom pattern?
Yes. We stock 22 colors covering the basics — black, white, navy, grey, beige, plus seasonal tones like sage green, dusty rose, mustard yellow and terracotta. If you need a specific brand color, send us the Pantone code or a fabric swatch. We dye the acrylic yarn to match within a Delta E of 2.0 (industry standard for visual acceptability). Custom dyeing adds 3-5 days to sample development and requires a minimum of 500 pieces per color. There is no extra dyeing fee — the cost is built into the per-unit price. We recommend ordering a color sample card before committing to a full production run.
Does the RFID lining affect phone signals or wireless charging?
Acrylic yarn is surprisingly tough. It is mold-resistant, colorfast (will not fade in sunlight), and can be hand-washed in cold water. The mesh construction means the bag stretches to accommodate contents but springs back to shape when emptied. In real-world testing, our crocheted totes hold up to 5kg of load without strap deformation — enough for a day at the beach or a trip to the farmers market. The wooden bead handles are sanded smooth and sealed with a natural finish, so they will not splinter or snag clothing. The main wear point is the strap-to-body connection, which we reinforce with a double-knot stitch. With normal use, these bags last 2-3 years — and they look better as the yarn softens with age.
What is the lead time for custom print orders and can I mix patterns?
Crocheted bags are naturally foldable, which is a huge advantage for shipping. We fold each bag flat (the mesh compresses to about 2cm thickness), place it in a custom polybag to prevent dust and moisture, then pack 50-80 pieces per corrugated carton. A 500-piece order fits in roughly 7-8 cartons with a total volume of about 0.15 CBM — significantly less than structured canvas or nylon bags. For retail clients, we offer individual tissue paper wrapping and branded hang tags attached to the wooden bead handle. We recommend avoiding vacuum packaging, as it can crush the wooden beads and create permanent creases in the acrylic yarn. Standard sea freight from Shenzhen to Los Angeles takes 25-30 days; air freight takes 5-7 days.
