The shell is water-resistant oxford — the same base used on our travel duffels — with clear PVC compartment panels on the interior. The PVC cells are RF-welded, not glued, so the seams do not peel in washing or hot climates. Elastic straps across each cell keep folded garments in place during transit. The top flap is clear so contents are visible without opening. PVC softens in heat; we use a 0.3mm film that keeps its shape at standard shipping temperatures.
