Material
The shell is quilted polyester with a scalloped shell-pattern stitch — the pattern is stitched through a foam interlayer, giving the raised texture and soft padding. The stitch pattern runs on a fixed template, so every batch matches the tech pack exactly. We offer four silhouettes sharing the same shell material: a rect pouch, a top-handle case, a flat pouch and a slim case. This lets a buyer launch a coordinated line from one material order, which improves fabric utilization and price.
