Material
The set is made of soft PU leather with a metallic silver finish — the finish is a laminated PU film, not paint, so it does not flake at creases. The three shapes share one material spec, which keeps quality consistent and simplifies QC: each piece is inspected for finish uniformity under standard light. PU softens with heat; we use a 0.9mm base that holds the shell shape in normal climates. Each zipper is tested before the set is packed.
