A large PU case tests the factory on two fronts: PU material consistency (color and grain must match across panels, and PU can vary batch to batch) and structural load (a big case filled with bottles stresses the handle, the zipper and the corner stitching). The lining must be fully adhered, not floating, or it wrinkles inside a large cavity. Stitch density at the handle anchor is the single most important QC point.
Specify PU type, thickness and grain direction, and ask for the supplier's restricted-substance data if your market requires it. Give Pantone for the outer color and lining. For handle and zipper, state hardware finish and confirm load expectations (what weight will the handle carry). On the sample, load it and carry it 20 times - check handle seams and corner stress marks. Request a color-block photo under daylight before bulk.
