Custom Mesh Makeup Brush & Lipstick Organizer Set
A three-size mesh system designed around visibility and airflow, not a conventional opaque cosmetic pouch. It separates brushes, lip products, and small toiletries by use.
- Brush and lipstick sets needing airflow and visibility.
- Travel kits that let you see contents at a glance.
- Branded multi-pouch gift sets.
- Not the best fit: wet shower items — mesh breathes, not waterproof; see hanging organizer.
- Edge tape-binding: mesh bound before zipping — the control point to stop fraying.
- Three graduated sizes: brush roll, lipstick, tools.
- See-through airflow: brushes dry between uses.
- Custom layout and colors: mix sizes to your range.
- Made to order: 500-set MOQ, sample in 5-7 days, about 30 days to production.
Mesh Set Line: Binding & Sizing
Watch edge binding, graduated sizing and zipping on our mesh organizer set line.
Mesh sells on visibility and airflow: brushes dry between uses, and users can identify contents at a glance - the two things opaque pouches do worst. A three-size system (this set runs from 11 cm small to 22 cm large) also gives brands a bundleable SKU structure for sets and gift programs rather than a single hero item.
Mesh requires clean edge finishing - raw mesh edges fray and snag brush handles. The factory binds edges or folds them into the zipper seam; check both on the sample. Zipper installation on flexible mesh is where bulk variance appears, because mesh stretches during sewing and the zipper can end up wavy. Airflow means no waterproofing, so set buyer expectations: mesh protects and organizes, it does not contain liquids.
Specify mesh type (abrasion-resistant grade matters for brushes), the three sizes with internal dimensions, and divider configuration. Ask for binding or edging treatment on all cut edges and confirm zipper type. For the sample, run a brush handle across the mesh 20 times to check for snagging, and open/close all zippers to verify they run straight. Confirm color for mesh, zipper and binding trim.

Product FAQ
Straight answers for procurement teams
Direct Answer: The standard MOQ is 500 sets. Changing the mix of sizes or the mesh color does not add tooling, so a custom set samples within 5-7 days, and each set ships as one bundled unit.
- MOQ: 500 sets
- Size mix: no tooling
- Sampling: 5-7 days
Direct Answer: Mesh lets brush bristles air-dry and lets you see contents at a glance, which cuts digging in a solid bag. It suits dry brush storage; wet items belong in a lined organizer instead.
- Benefit: air-dry + visibility
- Use: dry brushes
- Not for: wet items
Direct Answer: Not if edge-bound. We tape-bound the mesh edges before the zipper goes on, so the open weave cannot unravel. The binding is the control point checked on each pouch.
- Method: tape-bound edges
- Result: no unravel
- QC: binding checked
Direct Answer: A woven label on the largest pouch or a small print on each works best. We can place the logo consistently across the set so the three pouches read as one product.
- Best: label on large pouch, print set
- Consistency: across all three
- Check: sample layout
Direct Answer: We work on a 30% T/T deposit to start production and 70% before shipment. L/C at sight is available above USD 20,000, and pricing is FOB Shenzhen unless EXW is agreed in writing.
- Deposit: 30% T/T
- Balance: 70% before shipment
- Trade: FOB Shenzhen (EXW on request)
