Material
The body is 100% polyester plain-weave fabric, chosen for its clean print surface and light weight. At 76g per bag, the tote is light enough for a child to carry when full, yet the fabric is dense enough that it will not tear at the handle seams under a few pounds of candy. The drawstring is a twisted cotton-poly cord with a reinforced cord stop at the opening, and the ghost face is applied on the front panel. Polyester also means the bag can be machine washed on cold and hung to dry without shrinking or losing its shape, which matters when a bag gets chocolate smears and sticky fingerprints all over it on Halloween night.

How large is the ghost candy tote bag?
The tote measures 92 x 41.9 x 29.8 cm (about 36 x 16.5 x 11.7 inches), which is roughly twice the size of a standard trick-or-treat bag. That is room for 3 to 4 lb of mixed candy plus a flashlight and a water bottle, which is why most of our Halloween buyers use it as the main collecting bag rather than the small plastic ones kids outgrow in one season. The drawstring top lets you close it up between houses so candy does not spill, and the bag stands up on its own when set down, which parents appreciate on long routes. If you need a different size, we can scale the pattern — we have produced this style from 60 cm to 110 cm in height.
What material is the bag made from?
It is 100% polyester, dyed and finished at about 76g per bag. We chose polyester for three reasons: it prints cleanly with vivid colors, it survives a full season of Halloween use and a second season after being tossed in the washing machine, and it is much lighter than canvas at this size — a 76g polyester bag is easier for a child to carry when it is full of candy than an equivalent canvas bag would be. The fabric is a plain weave with a smooth face that takes screen printing and heat transfer well. If you want a softer or heavier hand feel, we can switch to a brushed polyester or a cotton-poly blend at the sampling stage.
Can I print my own brand or design on the bag?
Yes. We screen print or heat-transfer your logo, mascot, or artwork onto the front panel. Screen printing is the right call for 1-3 solid colors at volume — the ink sits flat, dries fast, and survives washing, and there is no setup fee above 500 pieces. If your design is full color or photographic, we recommend heat transfer vinyl or sublimation, which lets us reproduce gradients and detailed art without extra per-color charges. Send us your artwork as an AI, EPS, or 300dpi PNG, and we will return a digital mockup within 8 hours and a physical sample in 5-7 days.
How are the bags packaged for shipping?
Each bag is folded and packed into its own OPP polybag measuring 29.5 x 24.2 x 1.2 cm, then 250 bags go into a single export carton of 70 x 50 x 30 cm. That carton weighs about 21 kg at full load, which is well within the 25 kg safe limit most couriers and forwarders set for manual handling. If you are selling retail, we can also add a hang tag, a header card, or a branded polybag for a small upcharge. For sea freight, one 40-foot container holds roughly 4,200 cartons — about 1.05 million bags.
What is the MOQ and how long does production take?
The MOQ is 500 pieces, which is low enough for a first test order but high enough to keep the unit price at $1.85 FOB. A pre-production sample takes 5-7 days; once you approve it, mass production runs 15-18 days depending on the print method and current line capacity. During October we book Halloween candy bag lines up to three weeks in advance, so if you need stock before Halloween, we recommend locking in the order by early September.
